Confidence is Infectious!!!

In a workplace like mine, the team consists of a small number of men and women who attend office, do their chores and run operations, drive business and at the end of the day wind up and go home. Problems do arise as the team consist of people with their own set of egoes, beliefs, needs and requirements. At times it gets irritating trying to manage egoes. But then people are people.

Iam no expert in leadership but, over a period of months i found that, days that we do good business are those when the team leader exhibits his self confidence and sends across positive vibes to his team. Then everyone believes in themselves. Confidence is infectious.
