Mixed Emotions

Iam filled with mixed emotions today. After having left my previous job i joined the present one. And it has been a one and half tumultous years. Not very long by any means. However, long in terms of the experiences i have collected here.

We come across different people in life, in workplace and in our social lives. The most lasting impressions are of those personalities we meet at work, perhaps for the fact that we spend more than half of our entire lives at work. Some personalities you find worth emulating, some are worth admiring, some are worthy rivals, some you just tolerate and some you just wish you had not come across at all. That is life! We do not get to choose what life has thrust upon us. Something called "Destiny" is very well there. All things do not just lie in our hands.

Reflecting upon one's career, one tries not to have too many regrets. Thus decisions, judgment of fates lying in one's hand has to be taken or done without much emotional attachment. So every night i pray the Lord not to make me have oversights on someone's contribution and at the same time not to forget someone else's negative influence as well.
